Calf stretching helped me a ton. I also bought a pair of the Nike Free and did a lot of treadmill running for a while and running on other consistent surfaces. Running trails too much caused mine.

Mag 7 Ning users,

Ning.com, the host of the Mag 7 social networking site, has begun charging a fee for its services. As a result, the Mag 7 Ning site will be discontinued effective Friday, August 20, 2010. We are in the process of developing either a similar social networking site or an alternate method of creating discussion boards, as that seems to be the most popular and widely used feature on the Ning site.
